Mary aka "Mrs Delete" is the powerhouse behind the business. She is an administrative wizard making sure bookings are managed, invoices are raised and accounts settled. She is the longest serving member of the team and highly respected.
IT is a 'new fangled thing' to Mary and her fingers occasionally slip and hit the 'delete' button at the wrong moment - hence her nickname "Mrs Delete" !
