Tim aka "Turbo" is the latest recruit to the team. He has that youthful approach to work - there are no problems only solutions in disguise! Tim loves cars and that is reflected in his work.

Away from the workshop he has a big interest in loud music and in particular in his car. Hence "Turbo" because of his music system fitted to the car.
